Integrate selfless service (Karma Yog) into your life with this 7-day challenge. Each day, perform small meaningful acts that reduce ego and cultivate a spirit of service.
Day 1: Mindful Task ✍️
Choose one routine task (e.g., washing dishes, making your bed). Perform it with full attention, as an offering, without getting distracted.
Day 2: Family Service 🙏
Perform a small act of service for a family member without being asked. Avoid seeking praise or thanks in return.
Day 3: Helping Others 🤝
Assist a colleague or a friend with a task they struggle with, purely out of compassion and a desire to help.
Day 4: Detach from Results 😌
Do your best at your work today, but consciously let go of concerns about the outcome. Focus on effort, not results.
Day 5: Mindful Communication 💬
Practice speaking and listening with awareness. Avoid gossip and offer encouragement and support to others.
Day 6: Act of Kindness 🎁
Donate something you no longer need or perform a small act of kindness for a stranger, without seeking recognition.
Day 7: Reflective Practice 🌟
Review all your actions from the week. Mentally offer all your efforts to the Divine and feel gratitude for the opportunity to serve.
